(1899) Arrest of Kabaka Mwanga and Omukama Kabalega; the two were later taken in exile to Seychelles Islands. Mwanga died there in May 1903 and his body was brought back to Uganda I August 1901; Kabalega came back to Uganda in 1923 and died on the 6th April 1923 at Jinja on the way back to Bunyoro.

Mass will start at 10.00 am and the main Celebrant will be the Archbishop of Kampala, Dr. Cyprian Kizito Lwanga. : Prayer Day for all the deceased priests in Uganda. This was decided in 1911 at the occasion of celebrating the Silver Jubilee (25years) of the martyrdom of the Uganda Martyrs.
